    server               BrothaServer.h 
  Added files:
    server               WebServer.cpp WebServer.h 
  Log:
  Initial implementation of a web server
  --only handles one connection at a time
  --accepts connection, reads request (doesn't do anything with it as of now)
  --generates and sends response to client
  --try it out, start the web server and go to http://localhost:8800
  BrothaServer modified to actually start the WebServer
