GameInput.h Log: first step of me refactoring the Input from the GameApp into a generic GameInput input manager that allows device independant mapping to game event/actions. i.e. so we can do a map between MOUSE_BUTTONL to ACCELERATE, or KEY_W to ACCELERATE, and the game wouldn't know the underlying device.
