What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. register a procedure
2. insert an incredible amount of data
3. delete the procedure
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The procedure should be deleted istantly, in fact the database is
holding IO until all the observation are deleted, this can produce some inconsistency.
The files in the services folder shhould be deleted and an asynchronous process should be launched to delete the procedure in the database. In the meantime the user is already notified that the procedure is deleted.
