#38 Italian translation update for ISTool

Hello,
I do not know where write this E-Mail since I have an old address now broken (bjornar@omagata93.com), then I do it here:

I have updated the translation for ISTool in italian Language. Attached.

I do not know if you know it, but some strings in the [Files] section are still in English (e.g. Strong Assembly Name, GAC install, Sort files by names) and they have not the tooltip as well as other strings (e.g. the Signin goupbox items in Project –> Uninstall; or the [Run on Install] section –> Run as Current User, Run as Original User); then they are not translated.

Since I am experiencing troubles with my E-Mail provider, you may reply me at my other address maxim30@libero.it.
