#13 check for programs installed

Is it plausible to add these functions to the next version of istool?

-check if .NET FrameWork 1.0 / 2.0 / 3.5 is installed, and if yes: ignore it, if no: automatically download and install it before continueing the setup
-check if directX is installed.

and maybe an update for the 'download' section: could you add the function to automatically unzip the file after it's downloaded? (If this is plausible)
