#7 ISTool cannot add directories

I noticed that ISTool can only add files in the "Files and dirs" section and not directories. If a directory is added manualy in the script it is displayed and handled correctly (except for Copy/Pase).
If you copy a directory and try to paste it the result is a file directive.

While this is not a big issue, fixing it will be great :)
