I start the tool, went to the "Langauge" - Section create a New Item and Typed a Name in the "new Language" - Dialog
After that I tried to open the first File Dialog under "Messages File" - it crashes !

I just installed the latest Version, in a German System.
I have currently no further configuration settings made.
