#32 "play" button fails if you specify an OutputDir or what not.

Hello.
If you hit the "compile setup" button it works if your script has a "custom" OutputDir/OutputBaseFilename
It also works if you hit "Test setup now"

However if you just hit "Run setup" button directly, it fails with "Output file \setup{#AppName}v{#AppVer}.exe doesn't exist
Which may not be expected.
