#21 Problem with "Create icon" in ISTool 5.3.0

When selecting "Create Icon" from popup menu in [Files] section and
icon for this file already exists,
showed warning "An icon already exists… Create icon anyway?", but this
message has only one button "OK". I think, must be two buttons: "Yes"
and "No";
