Hi there, IssueTrackerProduct doesn't have LDAP integration, Zope does. LDAP is often used in Plone and Plone, just like IssueTrackerProduct, works in Zope. Hopefully there is enough documentation out there to figure out LDAPUserFolder and I hope you manage since the IssueTrackerProduct is rather agnostic.
