#93 PHP error_log message

Hi..

I try to install issue tracker 4.0.4 on mi eMac with
Mac OS X 10.3.9.

I created a mysql database with PHPmyAdmin, also I edit
the config.php file with my info.

When i try to run issue traker on my web browser
nothing hapen and after i receive a email notification
with this information..

Fatal run-time error: Smarty error: unable to write to
$compile_dir
'/Users/fher/Sites/issues/cache/templates/compiled'. Be
sure $compile_dir is writable by the web server user.
