I can get the Issue Tracker Login Page to appear, but
cannot get beyond the login page.
I tried both the admin/demo and demo/demo
ID/Password combinations provided in version 0.2 of the
Administrator Guide. It appears to accept the login as
no errors are reported, but never gets beyond the login
page. The Issue Tracker Login log appears to indicate a
successful login. However, the phperrors log has a
number of compiler errors related to deprecation.
Attached is the phperrors log file. The contents of the
login error file is noted below:
[02/10/2005 01:02am] [User: admin] admin logged in.
[02/10/2005 01:02am] [User: demo] demo logged in.
[02/10/2005 01:03am] [User: admin] admin logged in.
[02/10/2005 01:11am] [User: admin] admin logged in.
I have installed the following on a Windows XP PC:
Apache - 2.0.52
My SQL - 4.1.9
PHP - 5.0.3
Issue Tracker - 4.0.4
I also created the database and populated all the tables
with the .sql files included with Issue Tracker. I verified
that all the tables were built and that the login IDs were
populated in the appropriate tables. The passwords
appear to be encrypted, though, so I could not confirm
the password values.
Any help you can provided would be greatly
appreciated. I'd really like to try this tool out. It
appears to be the best open source issue tracking
system available.
Thanks.
