#39 Translation improvements for 5dev37

This pacth is against the patched version of 5dev37 found at
http://repairfaq.ece.drexel.edu/filipg/issue-tracker/it2_5dev37f1_2005-02-10.tar.gz

It may also be used against the standard 5dev37, but the manually since the linenumbers won't be correct always.

The most important fixes are:
1) Added several missing strings to messages.po
2) Fixed several mismatches between messages.po and the tpl-files
3) Made the button tpl function translatable

Patch attached as a diff in unified format ("diff -u2 -r").
