#31 Sort My Open Issues

Clicking on the column headers on the My Open Issues
screen causes the program to toggle between show all
and show closed.

As a result you are unable to sort the issues by colum.

This fixes all that.

My Assigned has the same probem. This fix may be able
to be applied to that page also. I'll post a fix for
the My Assigned issues page when I can.
