#58 Quick Filters in Issue Lists

It would be nice to quickly filter the issue lists, like
SourceForge allows you to do. For example, I could set
the product and click "update", and it would change from
showing issues for all products to showing just the
issues with the product I selected.

It would also be nice if this information was stored in a
cookie so I wouldn't have to re-specify it on later visits.
