#48 SMS message templated

Since most SMS devices have limited text they can
recieve, it would be great if the SMS message sent was
designed and optimzed per user (idealy, since each user
could have a different device).

Ideally the user could select from a list of items to send
in the subject line and/or the body, such as Group,
Issue #, Subject, Detail, Severity, Catagory, Previous
events, etc. There could be two selection boxes
(Subject and Body) with these items, and they could be
added to or removed from, and sorted up or down on
the list. So that the users could customize the message
that is sent, optimized for the type of device they will
be sent to.
