[iSQL-Viewer Release] Version 2.0.9 Now Available

Hello  All, 

This is a small maintenance release mainly to address the Initialization
Error that occurred for some people. I added a few small things however
time was not on my side this time since a lot of people couldn't even
run the program.

I have also preliminary table sorting i didn't have time to implement
this fully however double-clicking the table headers will sort the
column in ascending order only. 

iSQL-Viewer is almost to 2.1.0 from my own metrics. I will not be adding
any new features till 2.1.0 is released i would like to verify that
2.0.9 is stable and usable. So please make sure you are diligent with
any feedback for me if you are having problems with the program.
