#115 trouble connecting to db2 database

I just cannot connect to db2 database. i am using Db2
udb 7.
jdbc driver are COM.ibm.db2.jdbc.app.DB2Driver. the
database is located some where on network. all other
java program i have written using this jdbc driver work
fine. could some one please help me.
