Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download dictionary from https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/4782.
2. Open last available version of Thunderbird (2.0.0.17).
3. Try to install downloaded add-on.

Actual Result:
Ukrainian dictionary 1.5.5 could not be installed because it is not compatible with Thunderbird 2.0.0.17. (Ukrainian dictionary 1.5.5 will only work with Thunderbird 3.0.b1pre)

Latest versions of spell-uk will work only with Thunderbird 3.0 and later (as it uses UTF-8 encoding)
