Description: Add an attribute to the tag 'indexer'.
The name should be 'optimization-policy'
Allowed values are:
Always, Often, Lazy, Never

optimization-policy 
   optimization-policy is acuired as a tuple "optimization-policy", value in IndexerParameters
  "Never" has been set as the default value
