ISISd 0.0.4 now available

ISISd version 0.0.4 is now available.

The fourth version of ISISd is available for download at
http://isisd.sourceforge.net This one even routes.

Not recommended for production environment.

Changes from 0.0.3

o initial version of SPT algorithm
o installing routes though zebrad
o isis debug commands
o work on IS-IS events (e.g. circuit state and type change)

Missing Features / known restrictions

o LSP fragments not supported
o no authentication
o tested only in Linux
