#3 attachment display

The display of attachments in a message as buttons
seems a bit awkward. I would like to propose the
following to you. It would be nice to have a dropdown
combo box on the ReadingWindow which would toggle
between each part of a message
(text|attachment1|attachment2|etc).
The display of the text portion would be the default.
Selecting any attachment would automatically bring
up the menu that one sees when they currently
right-click on an attachment button.

A similar tactic could be employed on the Composition
Window. Each attachment would be represented in the
combo box. When selected, one would be given a menu
asking if they wish to remove/replace/etc the
attachment.
