#19 ishmail + IMAP + Exchange => crashes

I use ishmail to connect to an Exchange server via
IMAP (worse luck!). Every so often ishmail will pop
up a dialogue box saying "timeout talking to IMAP
server", try to reconnect, then crash. I get messages
like the following sent to stdout:

Unexpected reply from IMAP server exmbx01livi:
"* 483 EXISTS"
Unexpected reply from IMAP server exmbx01livi:
"* 207 RECENT"
Unexpected reply from IMAP server exmbx01livi:
"* 105 EXISTS"
Unexpected reply from IMAP server exmbx01livi:
"* 1 RECENT"
Unexpected reply from IMAP server exmbx01livi:
"NO The specified message set is invalid."
Unexpected reply from IMAP server exmbx01livi:
"NO The specified message set is invalid."

Obviously you're going to need more information than
this, so let me know what to do and I'll be happy to
generate trace output for you.
