#396 Post-Python 3: Title Merge can generate an empty error message
Title Merge can generate an empty error message. To recreate the problem, pull up the "Proposed Title Merge Submission" page, save it as an HTML file, then manually edit the saved file. Delete the lines which say:
name="record1"
name="record2"
etc. Submit the form. edit/ts_merge.py will display an empty error message.
