Deletion of a previously deleted title errors out. In order to replicate this problem, you have to create two identical Delete Title submissions, then pull them up in two separate browser windows. This will let you circumvent the title existence check performed by the submission review code. Next, click "Approve" in one window and the title record will be delete. Switch to the other window and click "Approve". This will result in an "invalid literal for int() with base 10: ''" error on line 446 of titleClass.py, method "delete".
