#347 Post-Python 3: Make Variant errors out on non-existent child ID

Option 1 in "Make Variant Title" errors out on a non-existent child ID. This cannot be recreated by a user: you have to manually change the value of "title_id" in the body of the HTML form to an integer number that doesn't correspond to an existing title ID.
