Create a separate library function for hyperlinked cover scans. Currently the software uses ISFDBLinkNoName and passes HTML code as part of the "displayed name" parameter. This is going to become a problem when we disallow HTML outside of Notes/Synopses and start HTML-escaping values in ISFDBLink and ISFDBLinkNoName.
