The function FormatImage in common/library.py includes an "a" link. That link then gets embedded inside another "a" when FormatImage is used as a parameter passed to ISFDBLink. This results in nested "a" links, which are not allowed by the HTML standard.

Installed in SVN 940 on 2022-06-23. Closing the SR.
