rest/getpub.cgi (part of the Web API) doesn't handle multiple ISBNs correctly. If the database has both the ISBN-10 and the ISBN-13 versions of an ISBN on file, it returns only one version. In addition, it doesn't return 0000/8888/9999 dates in a standard format.

Fixed in:

common/isbn.py rest/getpub.py scripts/add_isbn_index.sql

Installed in SVN 226 on 2018-10-08. Closing the SR.
