AWARD_PUBID, SERIES_PUBID and TITLE_PUBID should be changed to AWARD_ID, SERIES_ID and TITLE_ID respectively throughout the application.

AWARD_PUBID was changed to AWARD_ID in r2013-44 on 2013-02-15. The other two constants still need to be changed.
