#967 Link record number in add variant submissions

Link the record number in add variant submissions the same as is done with record numbers in other submission types. See http://www.isfdb.org/cgi-bin/view_submission.cgi?3273132 for an example where the record number is not linked in "Current [Parent #4466]"
