#941 Display award category names in page headers
As per Wiki suggestion:
"At the moment the page title of all award categories is simply "Award Category". I think if there's no reason against this change it'd be great if the page would display the category's name and also use it for the TITLE tag. Moreover, adding the award's name may be a good idea as well, like this: "Award Category: AWARD CATEGORY NAME (AWARD NAME)". "
