#940 Link new publications from various 'Recent Edits' pages

Link new publications from various 'Recent Edits' pages. Currently they are not linked because submission records do not capture the number of newly created records. Also standardize the display of the 3 versions of the "Recent Edits" Web page: "Recent Edits", "Recent Approvals" and "My Recent Edits".
