#898 Eliminate the 'Cover: ' prefix for COVERART records

Create a script to change existing COVERART tiles automatically. Eliminate the logic that adds 'Cover: ' to COVERART titles when adding/editing publications. Change the software to show the title type when displaying INTERIORART/COVEART VTs on Summary pages and in the Contents section of the Publication Display page. Eliminate the cleanup report that looks for COVERART titles without the 'Cover: ' prefix.
