#880 Convert three Yen characters to halfwidth Yen character

Update the software to automatically convert 円, 圓, and the fullwidth ￥ to the halfwidth ¥ at data entry time

Fullwidth Univode and regular HTML-encoded Unicode Yen signs are now automatically converted to the Latin-1 version of the Yen sign. The other two Yen characters are not used within the ISFDB database at this time, so no changes were made to account for them (may need to be revisited at a later point.) A new cleanup report has been deployed. Changes made in:
