Standardize magazine series grid behavior for single-issue and multiple-issues months. When there are two or more issues in the same month, each has their own box, but when there's a single issue, it isn't given a separate box, but is allowed to take up the whole space. And that space's size is dependent above the largest space of the entire year (the month with the most issues.)
