#841 Standardize the terminology in NewPub, AddPub, ClonePub, EditPub, and ImportContent

Standardize the terminology in NewPub, AddPub, ClonePub, EditPub, and ImportContent. Currently, the data entry forms use "Content" and "Regular Titles" interchangably. We want to use "Regular Titles" throughout because "Content" refers to all types of content, including reviews and interviews, not just to regular titles.
