The software should choose the appropriate title type when an editor adda a Contents title via "Add Title" in New Pub, Edit Pub, Clone Pub and Clone Contents. Currently "Add Title" always defaults to "SHORTFICTION". It should use "NOVEL" for OMNIBUS publications and "ESSAY" for NONFICTION publications.
