#804 Make field labels and page headers consistent

ISFDB field labels are somewhat inconsistent. Sometimes it's "Note" and other times it's "Notes". "Add quick tag" doesn't have the first letters of the second and third words capitalized while most other labels do. The page header for a Title page says something like "Bibliography: Twa Corbies", the page header for an Author page says something like "Charles de Lint - Summary Bibliography" and the page header for a publication series page says something like "Publication Series Apple Classics - Bibliography".

It would be beneficial to make the capitalization and the spelling more consistent throughout the application.

Installed in r2016-13 on 2016-02-11. Keeping open since field names still need to be standardized.
