#802 Enhance the Transliterated Legal Names cleanup report

Enhance the Transliterated Legal Names cleanup report. Currently, it has a list of hard-coded languages that it looks for. We want to add a "Yes/No" flag to the language table which will determine whether the primary script of a given language is Latin.
