#774 Improve "Novel Publications with Fewer Than 80 Pages"

Improve "Novel Publications with Fewer Than 40 Pages". Add the ability to "ignore" records. Change the threshold from 40 to at least 60 pages. Improve the logic to ignore square brackets so that page counts like [32] would be found. Try to improve the logic to account for composite page counts like [vii]+23+16.
