Only the first part of the envisioned logic has been implemented: each pub should have one (and only one) title of the "reference" type. (NONGENRE titles are considered acceptable reference titles not only for NOVELs, but also for COLLECIONs and NONFICTION for now.) Once the 120+ identified problem pubs have been cleaned up, we plan to add more logic to find title types that do not belong in certain publication types, e.g. NONFICTION titles in CHAPTERBOOK publications.
