Chapterbooks are not supposed to be placed in title series, and should not contain synopsis information. So when someone goes to edit a chapterbook title record, those fields should be locked (writing disabled). Similarly, when one creates a New Chapterbook, the synopsis field should be locked.

Edit Title modified in:
Installed in r2014-302 on 2014-09-17. The changes were limited to editing existing CHAPTERBOOK records. If an editor edits a title record of a different type and changes its title type to CHAPTERBOOK, he can still enter series and synopsis data for it. We will need to add Javascript and server-side validation to prevent this from happening. Also, the New Publication data entry form lets you change publication type at data entry time, so we will need to either make the type field read-only or add even more JS and server-side validation. I will bring it up on the Community Portal.
Part 2 - disabled the Synopsis field for CHAPTERBOOKs in the NewPub data entry form - in edit/newpub.py 1.26. Installed in r2014-303 on 2014-09-17. Keeping the FR open since we still need to add JavaScript and server-side validation.
Add server-side validation to Edit Title for CHAPTERBOOKS in common/titleClass.py 1.19. Installed in r2014-318 on 2014-09-23.
JavaScript validation won't be added for now since it's too time-consuming considering limited benefits. Server-side validation for NewPub won't be added because we don't want editors to risk losing submission payload due to a minor error. There is a cleanup report to catch any problems, which should be very unlikely at this point. Closing the FR.
