#620 Change new Contents default for Non-fiction books

This is related to feature request #87, previously completed. When you create a non-fiction title, each of the initial blank content items begins as an essay (that was FR 87). However, if you now add new content items (which is common), the new ones all begin life as shortfiction. They also should start as essay.
This is listed as priority 4 only because I assume it will be easy to implement; not because it is so terribly important.
