#570 Default for "Add Untitled Award"

1. So far as I can tell, the Navigation Bar command "Add Untitled Award" is available only when you are at an Award directory page for a specific Award. Thus it would be helpful if when the new award page opened, the default "Award Name" was the name of that page, instead of always being "Analog Award". And if I'm incorrect about when that command is available, then when executed from an Award directory page, at least then it should default to the name of the award.
2. Actually, this command can be executed from either the main directory page for an award, or from an Award Year page. When executed from an Award Year page, the year on the new award entry page should also default to the year of the originating Award Year page.
