Improve the performance of Duplicate Finder. At this point the option can take over 20 seconds when looking for duplicates of Robert E. Howard's or Robert Silverberg's works.
Disabled Similar Mode for authors with 1,000+ titles and improved the performance of the Exact Mode. Implemented in edit/find_dups.py 1.16, installed in r2014-98 on 2014-02-21. Closing.
