#493 Create a cleanup script to find pseudonyms with canonical titles

Create a cleanup script to find pseudonyms with canonical titles. There are over 1,000 records like that in the database and they need to be cleaned up. A few may be legitimate, e.g. H. P. Lovecraft had very unusual pseudonymous titles, but the vast majority needs to be cleaned up.
