#46 Support for BCE dates

Was Feature 90062 in the ISFDB wiki. "We need to add support for Works that were written prior to 1 AD, e.g. Plato's Timaios. Currently, the ISFDB software interprets "-370-00-00" or "370BC" as an invalid date and stores it as 0000-00-00. Ahasuerus 14:27, 19 Jun 2006 (CDT)"
