New editors have reported that it's not clear that the last part of each displayed URL is the record number of the displayed record. We want to display these record numbers explicitly for all record types: author, title, publication, publication series, series, publisher, etc.

biblio/title.py 1.52 installed in r2013-72. Changed "Title Record Number" to "Record Number" to make its length more in line with other labels on the page.

biblio/title.py 1.53 installed in r2013-74 on 2013-05-15. Moved the line down the page and changed the label to "ISFDB Record Number" as per Michael Hutchins' suggestion on the Community Portal.

Moved the "ISFDB Record Number" line further down on the title page in biblio/title.py 1.55. Added it to the Pub page in biblio/pl.py 1.57. Installed in r2013-77.

biblio/ea.py 1.12 biblio/ch.py 1.10 biblio/ae.py 1.9 biblio/eaw.py 1.11 biblio/biblio.py 1.23

which added the "Record number" line to all Summary pages.
