#366 Change the way reference titles are displayed on publication pages

Change the way reference titles are displayed on publication pages. The following changes have been agreed upon:

  • Always display novels in the Contents section
  • Change the "Title Reference" label to "Container Title"
  • Do not display the "Container Title" line for novel publications
  • Change the "Container Title" line to display the same VT/pseudonym/series data that Contents titles currently display
